A Softer Science of Wellbeing
We explore how mindset, nourishment, and daily habits shape the nervous system, emotions, and long-term health. Grounded in neuroscience, nutritional science, and behavior change, our work supports regulation, resilience, and sustainable well-being—inside the body first, then the spaces around it.
Through Mindset & Nutritional Coaching, Wellness & Lifestyle Guidance, and Identity Design, we help you build a way of living that feels both structured and supportive. Spatial wellness, energy design, and biophilic principles are integrated as complementary tools—used intentionally to reinforce clarity, calm, and alignment in daily life.

Meet the Founder
Behind Ileray is Zaida Marin, a designer and certified wellness professional whose work integrates human biology, environment, and daily ritual. Her approach bridges neuroscience-informed wellness, nutrition, movement, and spatial design to support regulation, resilience, and sustainable transformation.
After years of studying how environments and daily habits shape the nervous system, metabolism, and behavior, Zaida founded Ileray to unite holistic wellness, neuroscience, spatial wellness, and biophilic design into a single, integrated approach. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only physiological or psychological—but environmental, relational, and rhythmic.
Zaida’s work is also shaped by lived experience. After navigating autoimmune disease and complex, chronic health challenges—including hormonal dysregulation, systemic inflammation, and nervous-system imbalance—she rebuilt her health through a holistic, systems-based approach. By addressing nutrition, movement, stress physiology, and the environments she lived and worked within, she experienced meaningful improvement in symptoms and function. This journey reshaped her understanding of wellness from optimization to regulation, and from force to support.
Drawing from experience in design, construction, nutrition, and movement, Zaida offers an integrated perspective on how environment and daily habits shape the body’s regulatory systems. Her work helps clients connect metabolism, hormones, movement, and space in practical, sustainable ways.
Zaida’s philosophy reframes design as a form of nervous-system support, and wellness as an act of conscious self-design. Her work blends spatial clarity with nourishment, movement with emotional grounding, and neuroscience with intuitive, soft living—crafting environments and lifestyles that help people feel regulated, empowered, and deeply supported in their daily lives.
